The pneumatic valve control solenoid valve uses a double-coil structure, a double-eccentric high-temperature resistant high-performance butterfly valve, and is equipped with a valve position switch reply device. The abnormal shutdown and power-off valve can maintain the valve action, and short-term maintenance does not affect the ventilation state, and the reliability is stronger;

The HOC-Z Series adsorption dryer is designed for industrial compressed air systems that require ultra-dry air, continuous operation, and low energy consumption. It adopts a zero-gas-consumption heat regeneration process, which removes moisture efficiently without consuming compressed air during regeneration. This design helps reduce operating costs while maintaining stable drying performance in high-temperature industrial environments.

During operation, moisture in the compressed air is removed through adsorption inside the drying tower. The saturated adsorbent is then regenerated by heat, allowing the system to restore drying capacity without using purge compressed air. With selectable outlet pressure dew points of -20°C or -40°C, the HOC-Z Series is suitable for a wide range of industrial processes that demand reliable low-dew-point compressed air.

Because the dryer is designed for high inlet air temperatures from 110°C to 180°C, it is especially suitable for applications where compressed air enters the dryer at elevated temperatures. Its combination of heat regeneration, zero gas consumption, and continuous-duty design makes it an efficient solution for large-scale industrial compressed air treatment.

To ensure stable and efficient operation, the HOC-Z Series adsorption dryer should be used under the following recommended conditions:

  • Rated inlet pressure: 0.7 MPa
  • Optional inlet pressure range: 0.6–1.0 MPa, customizable
  • Rated inlet temperature: 120°C
  • Allowable inlet temperature range: 110–180°C
  • Outlet pressure dew point: -20°C / -40°C optional
  • Cooling water temperature: ≤ 32°C
  • Cooling water pressure: 0.2–0.6 MPa

For the best operating result, the dryer should be installed under stable inlet conditions and matched with suitable cooling water supply. Proper system design helps ensure continuous drying performance, stable dew point control, and longer equipment service life.
