HOC-Z Zero-Gas Heat Regeneration Dryer for High-Temp Compressed Air

The HOC-Z series zero-gas heat regeneration adsorption dryer is designed for industrial applications that require high-temperature compressed air while maintaining zero compressed air consumption during regeneration. Its advanced compression heat regeneration technology ensures energy-efficient, stable, and moisture-free air for demanding processes.


How the HOC-Z Dryer Works

This dryer uses a Temperature Swing Adsorption (TSA) process combined with compression heat regeneration. Ambient air is drawn in by a blower and heated, regenerating the desiccant in a closed-loop cycle. Moisture is desorbed from the adsorbent without using any compressed air, resulting in zero gas consumption.

During the cooling stage, the hot air circulates through the intermediate cooler and the regeneration tower, preparing the system for the next adsorption cycle. The dryer can handle high inlet temperatures (110–180°C) while maintaining pressure dew points of -20°C or optionally -40°C, making it suitable for high-temperature industrial environments.
