PSA Nitrogen Generator – 99% High-Purity Nitrogen

The LINGYU Nitrogen Generator provides a reliable solution for producing high-purity nitrogen from compressed air. By using two alternating adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieves (CMS), oxygen is selectively adsorbed, allowing nitrogen to pass through as the product gas. This ensures a stable nitrogen output with a purity of 99%.

How It Works

Compressed air enters Tower A, where oxygen molecules are captured by the CMS, and nitrogen is collected. At the same time, Tower B undergoes regeneration, releasing previously adsorbed oxygen with a small portion of nitrogen. Once Tower A becomes saturated, the system automatically switches: Tower A regenerates while Tower B begins adsorption. This continuous alternating process, controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), ensures uninterrupted nitrogen production.
