PSA Nitrogen Generator – 99.99% High-Purity Nitrogen
The PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Nitrogen Generator is an advanced solution for producing high-purity nitrogen gas from compressed air. It uses two adsorption vessels filled with carbon molecular sieves (CMS) that selectively capture oxygen while allowing nitrogen to pass through, ensuring a continuous supply of nitrogen with purities ranging from 95% up to 99.99%.
How It Works
When compressed air enters Tower A, oxygen molecules are adsorbed by the CMS, and nitrogen exits through the outlet. Simultaneously, Tower B undergoes regeneration, releasing previously adsorbed oxygen into the atmosphere with a small portion of nitrogen. Once Tower A reaches saturation, the system automatically switches, maintaining uninterrupted nitrogen production. The process is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) for automatic operation.
